Whether you’re navigating early fatigue, growing belly changes, or preparing for birth, each trimester program evolves with you. Sessions are tailored to your energy levels and can be completed in-person, online, or hybrid, with flexibility for shorter workouts when needed.
Focus on neutral alignment, breathing, and deep core activation. Learn fundamental movement patterns and prepare your body for the changes ahead with gentle strength work and parenthood-related activities of daily living.
Build on your foundation by increasing intensity, improving core capacity, and introducing labor-intensity interval training for endurance and stamina. This phase maintains stability while preparing you for the physical demands of delivery.
Combine strength and stability work with mental prep and pushing practice. Learn strategies for breath control, pressure management, and smooth postpartum recovery through education and gentle movement.

The Postpartum Training Program by Making Strydz helps you safely return to exercise within the first 9 months after giving birth, rebuilding strength from the inside out.
Whether you had a vaginal or cesarean delivery, this structured, three-phase approach meets you where you are — from gentle movement at six weeks postpartum to performance-level strength and impact readiness.
All sessions are personalized and can be completed in-person, online, or hybrid, depending on your comfort and schedule.

Focus: Neutral alignment, core and breath recovery, fundamental movements, and parenthood ADLs (activities of daily living).
This phase helps you reconnect with your core and pelvic floor, rebuild posture, and move confidently through daily life without discomfort or fatigue.
You’ll establish the foundation for safe, sustainable strength training.
Investment: $1,200 / 12-week phase
Includes up to 3 flexible 20–60 minute sessions per week.
Focus: Building intensity, increasing core capacity, and introducing interval-based training.
You’ll progress to functional strength patterns, enhance endurance, and safely challenge your body with higher effort levels — all while maintaining core and pelvic stability.
Investment: $1,350 / 12-week phase
Includes up to 3 flexible 20–60 minute sessions per week.
Focus: Increasing speed, introducing impact, and preparing for goal-specific stress (returning to running, lifting, or sport).
This phase bridges your recovery to performance. We reintroduce higher-impact movements, dynamic strength, and personalized progressions so you can confidently return to your preferred level of activity or sport.
Investment: $1,500 / 12-week phase
Includes up to 3 flexible 20–60 minute sessions per week.
