What to Expect

Whether you’re rebuilding after a major life event or simply ready to feel stronger, more confident, and pain-free — your journey at Making Strydz starts with trust, clarity, and expert support. Every program is built on a foundation of safety, education, and progress — customized entirely to you.

Step-by Step Process

Step 1: Free Consultation (45–60 Minutes via Zoom)

Your journey begins with a complimentary consultation where we talk through your lifestyle, medical background, goals, and challenges. This no-pressure call helps you understand what personalized coaching looks like — and ensures we’re a great fit before you commit. 


Step 2: Full-Body Fitness Assessment

Before we begin training, I conduct a comprehensive 60-minute assessment that evaluates posture, mobility, strength, flexibility, and core function. This baseline ensures your program is safe, structured, and built for long-term success. 


Assessments are always adapted for pre/postnatal, midlife, and cancer recovery clients to meet your individual needs. 


Step 3: Personalized 60-Minute Training Sessions

Every training session is a full hour of focused, one-on-one support. I design each workout around your goals, your body, and your life — not a template. Expect expert form correction, clear coaching cues, and real-time adjustments that make every rep count. 


Available in-person at my private Castle Rock studio or virtually via Zoom. 


Step 4: Lifestyle Integration & Ongoing Support
Your fitness doesn’t end when the session does. We’ll work together to integrate sustainable movement, mobility, and mindset strategies that support your real life — whether that means better energy, fewer aches, or easier daily movement. 


Step 5: Progress Tracking & Adjustments
Your plan evolves as you do. We’ll track measurable improvements in strength, posture, and confidence every 4–6 weeks and adjust your programming accordingly. You’ll always know where you’re improving and what comes next. 


It’s progress you can see, feel, and sustain.

I combine real-life experience — as a veteran, cancer survivor, and certified pre/postnatal specialist — with evidence-based programming rooted in functional movement and sustainable results. As a Low Pressure Fitness (LPF) Level 1 and Level 2 Trainer, I also integrate breathwork and core-focused techniques that support strength, posture, and recovery. My approach is personal, practical, and designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and live well at every stage of life.


Scheduling & Payment FAQs

Life happens! Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice.


 Yes, I offer weekday and limited weekend availability to accommodate busy schedules.


I accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through my website for your convenience and protection.


All payments are retained, but clients may pause a contract for up to 30 days with written notice.


I don’t accept insurance directly, but many clients use their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for personal training. These tax-advantaged accounts can save you an average of 30% on your sessions.
