Veteran Fitness in Castle Rock, Colorado

After military service, high‑impact routines and “push through it” workouts may not feel right anymore. Veteran Fitness at Making Strydz supports former service members in rebuilding strength, mobility, and confidence with sustainable training that respects service‑related injuries and life after the military.


This program is built for a veteran community that values structure, accountability, and a calm, judgment‑free training environment in Castle Rock and the surrounding Douglas County area.

Who Veteran Fitness Serves

This program is a strong fit for former service members who:


  • Live in Castle Rock, Castle Pines, Parker, Monument, Larkspur, Douglas County, or the greater Denver metro area and want a veteran-informed, community-centered fitness space.

 

  • Are navigating old injuries (knees, shoulders, back, ankles) and need thoughtful progressions instead of high‑impact drills.


  • Miss the structure and accountability of military fitness but want a calmer, more private setting than a crowded gym.


  • Are rebuilding after a major health event - such as surgery, cancer treatment, or chronic pain - and need patient, informed progression rather than "no-pain-no-gain" workouts.


  • Appreciate the flexibility of both in-person personal training in Castle Rock and virtual sessions via Zoom when travel or schedule demands change.

How Veteran Fitness Coaching Works

This Veteran Fitness experience follows a clear, supportive process:


  1. Complementary Consultation (via Zoom) - The first conversation focuses on service history, injuries, current fitness level, and goals to ensure the program is a good fit - no pressure, no obligation.
  2. Full-Body Assessment - Posture, mobility, strength, and movement patterns are evaluated, with special attention to common veteran concerns like low-back pain, tight hips, and shoulder issues.
  3. Personalized Training Plan - Each veteran receives a structured plan that blends strength training, mobility, and conditioning at an appropriate pace. Sessions are fully guided and adjusted in real time. Flexible options include 1-3x/week in-person, virtual, or hybrid.
  4. Ongoing Support & Adjustments - Progress is monitored, challenges are discussed, and programming is updated as strength, confidence, and energy improve.

What Veterans Can Expect

Making Strydz is a veteran-owned and woman-led fitness business rooted in Castle Rock, Colorado. Training takes place is a private, welcoming environment - free from crowds, loud music, and drill-sergeant yelling - so every sessions can stay focused, calm, and respectful.


Sessions focus on:


  • Restoring strength and mobility safely

 

  • Improving functional fitness for daily life, work, and family demands


  • Supporting both mental and physical resilience through consistent movement and clear structure

 

  • Building confidence in how the body feels, moves, and responds over time
     

For veterans who live outside the local area or prefer remote support, live virtual personal training viz Zoom provides real-time coaching and accountability at home or on the road.

Pricing

Veteran Fitness packages are customized based on training frequency, session length, and goals. Pricing starts at $65/session.


  • Packages are tailored to individual needs and schedules.
