No Refund Policy

At Making Strydz LLC, all purchases are final. We are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized fitness services, and we ask that clients commit to their program with the same level of integrity and intention.

1. No Refunds on Services

All payments made for services—including personal training packages, assessments, consultations, and digital programs—are non-refundable. This applies regardless of whether the services are used in full, in part, or not at all.

2. Monthly Training Packages

Clients enrolled in monthly training packages must submit payment in full before any sessions may be scheduled for that month. Unused sessions do not carry over and are not eligible for refund.

3. Program Suspension Option

We understand that life happens. Clients may request to pause a training package for up to 30 days with advanced written notice. This courtesy hold does not guarantee rescheduling or refunds and is at the discretion of Making Strydz.

4. Digital Products & Downloads

All downloadable programs, custom 30-day plans, and freebie resources are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

5. Late Cancellations & Missed Sessions

Please refer to the Scheduling & Cancellation Policy for details on late reschedules or no-shows. Missed sessions are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled without proper notice.

6. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing any service or program from Making Strydz, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
