Strengthen Your Core from the Inside Out

At Making Strydz, the Low Pressure Fitness (LPF) / Hypopressives program is designed for adults seeking a safe, smart, and highly effective approach to core, pelvic‑floor and posture training. If you've experienced pregnancy, surgery, back pain, or simply want to train with more body-awareness and less pressure, this program helps you build strength from the inside‑out.

By combining mindful breathing, posture correction and low‑impact movement, LPF is more than an exercise class—it’s a system to improve muscle coordination, enhance stability, and reduce tension in the core and pelvic region. This results in better posture, deeper core engagement, improved mobility, and reduced risk of strain or injury.

What You'll Get

  • Core & Pelvic Floor Activation – Learn how to engage deep stabilizers through hypopressive techniques that reduce intra‑abdominal and pelvic pressure.

  • Posture & Alignment Refinement – Exercises that target myofascial chains, breathing mechanics and posture so you move with more ease and confidence.

  • Breathing Mastery – Training to optimize your diaphragm, rib cage, spine and pelvic floor coordination—fueling your body with efficient oxygenation and control.

  • Mobility & Myofascial Release – Gentle movement and stretches that support fascia health, nervous system balance, and improved range of motion.

  • Progressive Programming – Safe, structured progression that respects your body’s history (pregnancy, hernia, knee replacement, etc.) while building resilience and strength.

Who This Program is For

  • Post‑partum clients (especially those rebuilding core & pelvic floor)

  • Adults with hernia mesh, pelvic floor pressure, or back discomfort

  • Clients seeking low‑impact but high‑control core and posture training

  • Fitness clients recovering surgery or wanting to avoid high intra‑abdominal loads

  • Anyone who wants to train intelligently and sensitively—particularly women in midlife, veterans, cancer‑survivors

Program Structure & Options

  • Session Frequency: 1x/week or 2x/week options (in‑person, virtual, or hybrid).

  • Duration: Each session lasts 50‑60 minutes, including breath/activation work, posture/mobility drills and hypopressive sequences.

  • Progress Tracking: Every 4‑6 weeks we evaluate posture, core stability and mobility so you can see measurable improvement.

Why Choose This Approach?

  • Unlike traditional high‑load core training, LPF emphasizes deep stabilization, pressure management, and postural integrity—making it safer and more effective for sensitive populations.

  • Developed with insight into pelvic floor science, breath mechanics and core synergy, the approach supports functional everyday strength, not just gym-based performance.
