Not if you don't want to! An important goal for me is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside, we'll set up a plan for you. I also provide online training for at home workouts or in-person sessions at my private studio.

It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
It's easy. Click "Schedule" at the top of the page, and select 'Consultation.' You will choose a date/time you want to meet. You will then receive an email with a questionnaire, which we will go over during our meeting. This initial meeting will allow me learn more about your fitness goals, medical background, and exercise history. We will then determine if personal training services are right for you!
Insurance is not accepted; However, your Making Strydz payments could be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. Exercise is medicine and can often count for tax-free spending - saving an average of 30%. I have partnered with TrueMed who will handle all the intricacies of using your HSA/FSA funds on your behalf, making the reimbursement process seamless and hassle-free.
